Shipping policy

Order Processing

  1. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
  2. We ship from Los Angles, California
  3. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  4. Our default shipping method is USPS. We can ship to P.O. boxes.
  5. Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact: makynailsupply@gmail.com
  6. Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address, We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
  7. If your order is qualified for free shipping, by default, it will be shipped via USPS’s First Class Service.
  8. Flat items such as stickers or studs will be mailed by metered/stamped letter.


Delivery Standards

  1. We are located in and ship from Los Angeles.
  2. US domestic estimated delivery: USPS First Class Service is 4-6 business days. USPS Priority Service is 2-3 days. USPS Express Service is 1-2 days.

(Note: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.)


International Shipping:

  1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  2. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Makynail is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
