Steps:
Apply black gel polish and cure
Apply chrome powder bond top coat and cure completely
Apply chrome powder and gently rub the chrome powder onto the nail in a back-and-forth motion.
Use a soft brush or an eyeshadow brush to gently buff the chrome powder onto the nail. This will help smooth out the surface and intensify the mirror effect.
Apply a layer of no-wipe gel top coat over the chrome powder. Make sure to cover the entire nail, including the edges. This will seal the powder and protect the mirror finish.
Cure the top coat under the lamp.
